we are a british family currently in bangkok moving to singapore for three years in july 98. we have a need of a house preferably 5+1 - (not condo), with garden and pool,as we have three children aged 4, 7 and 10. Location is important near to tanglin school, perhaps between orchard and clementi, as near to an mrt as possible. i have a budget of 12,000 a month maximum. can you help?

Sorry I have not been in contact recently.

I have considered the various options open to me and finally decided this week not to pursue the condominium on the 7th floor at Valley Park.

It has been unfortunate that it was difficult to negotiate a deal with the Landlord through agent Alice. The 100 Dollars difference was actually not a lot, but in effect meant that I had to pay 400 dollars of my own money which at the end of the day was unacceptable.

In desperation I found a rental via another source at Valley Park (at 5,300) which I have since accepted. This included the furniture allowance that I had wanted.

I very much appreciated the help you gave me and its a shame that I was unable to rent a property through yourself as I felt that you had deserved the business.

As you were aware I desperately wanted a condo ready for my arrival next week and I have achieved this objective. I do know that the owners of the condo on the 7th floor did finally accept the 5,300 but it was too late for me too reverse my decision.

Once again thanks for your help and I very much hope that I am at least able to pass some business in your direction in the coming months.
