Spottiswood Park shophomes. Turning right will lead to Everton Road
shophomes.
The corner shophome (brown louvred windows) with the no-entry
sign is located at the junction of Everton and Spottiswood Park Road and was rented
for around $4,500 in November 2000. Very small living and dining area. Master
bedroom faces front. 2 smaller rooms. Very small backyard.
The main complaint of some of the Spottiswood Park intermediate units is that the rooms are dark.
The reason is that, being short in length, there is
no space has been designed for the air well to bring in the sunlight. |

Car Parking lots can be
reserved for residents of Blair Road. The traffic warden is
extremely active and never fails to catch a motorist parking
without the S$0.50/hour parking coupon. The traffic fine in
2004 is S$30.00 for such an offence!
The typical Caucasian expatriate tenant does not care about pools and gym. They are usually
the creative people who get inspiration daily from Singapore's history and hardworking immigrants
who have built up modern Singapore.
