The following are some information of the one and two
bedroom serviced
apartments as at Nov 2003:
(1) Park Avenue Suites
Located at Clemenceau Ave to UE Square and near Mohammed Sultan where
the
pubs are. The one bedroom apt starting from S$3,000 per month. All
rates
are subject to 4% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Rental inclusive of
utility and three times per week housekeeping, apartments are fitted
with own washer cum dryer. Singapore Cable Vision basic tier and complimentary shuttle bus
services to City Hall MRT during peak hours.
(2) Park Avenue Residences
Located at Kim Yam Road opposite Park Avenue Suites. One bedroom apt
starting from S$2,500 per month while two bedroom starting from
S$3,000
per month. All rates are subject to GST. Rental inclusive of utility
and
once a week housekeeping. Option to set up telephone line and
Singapore Cable Vision cable
television subscription. Tenants are allowed to access to facilities at
Park Avenue Suites.
(3) Darby
Park Executive Suites
Located at Orange Grove Road, just 5 minutes walk to the centre of action of
downtown
Orchard Road. Sited just next door to world famous Shangri-La Hotel,
international boutiques, supermarkets, departmental stores and cinemas,
not to mention even more hotels are just at your doorstep and the
Central
Business District is only a 10 minute taxi ride away. There are 2 types
of one bedroom. The deluxe of about 500 sq ft, rental at S$3,200 per
month and premier of about 600 sq ft, rental at S$3,700.00 per month. The
rates are subject to 4% Goods and Services Tax and subject to change
without notice.
The room rental includes the following:

Daily housekeeping from Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays)

Just a stone's throw from glamorous Orchard Road, Orange Court offers
Easy access to Singapore's shopping and entertainment district.

pool, gymnasium and sauna room. All rates are subject to 4% Goods and
Services Tax.
(5) Far East Plaza
Far East Plaza is situated at Scotts Road and located above the Far
East
Plaza shopping centre. Walking distance to Orchard Road. The two
bedroom apt size between 646 to 1130 sq ft. Rental at S$2,350 to
S$2,7000 per month
depending on the size of apt. Utilities is not included, you will be
required to place a security deposit of S$500.00 to cover your
utilities.
Far East Plaza is older serviced apt and you may want to consider it due to its location

Orchard Parksuites
 Orchard
Parksuites (upscale serviced apartments, left), Marriott Hotel and
Wisma Shopping Centre. Far East Plaza Serviced apartments are a
2-minute walk from Orchard Parksuites. Rentals for 1 bedroom upscale
serviced apartments vary from $4,500 - $6,500.

EXPATS/SURFERS TO NOTE:
1. We charge the Tenant half a month's rent, on successful
closing, to show and get the best of all the black and white
bungalows in Singapore unless the Landlord pays us the commission.
2. Please CONFIRM with your company and the human resource
manager as to whether you are permitted to use
asiahomes.com
realtors (outside realtors). You may have to let your company know
that you wish to use outside realtors if you feel you receive
unsatisfactory service from company realtors, but many human
resource managers have firm policies stopping you from doing so if
the company is the Tenant and not yourself.
3. For rentals below S$2,500 per month, we charge Tenants
half a month's rent, on successful closing.
4. Please note that we do NOT provide telephone numbers of
Serviced apartments
or any of the above condos and developments to expats/overseas
callers phoning us wanting to know name of developer or tenant.
Please do NOT phone 9668 6468 to get the numbers as our answering
service operator doesn't have them personally. He just takes
down your name and telephone number and gets the realtors to contact
you later.
The agents provide a free service (if rental is over 2 weeks) to
expats/secretaries needing serviced apartments without the hassle of
booking themselves. They contact the operators of
Serviced apartments,
get the best rate and book for expats or bring expats to view the
units of any serviced apartments.
5. HDB flats. We do NOT provide a service to rent HDB rooms but we
do rent out approved HDB flats. As Oct 1, 2003, many more HDB owners
can rent out their whole units without resorting to "lock one room"
hassles and eviction threats for such illegal practices by the HDB.
