Apartments are located above the Ginza Plaza shopping mall. It is
the largest one-stop shopping
mall in the West Coast of Singapore. An impressive private entry lobby for visitors and guests. Each floor has 4 units. High
floors have sea views.
BEDROOMS. Only 3 bedroom units of around 1280 sq ft. Spacious master bedrooms.
Rentals in 2007 are around S$7,000 monthly.
3 bedrooms fully furnished and equipped with modern appliances
including full air conditioning, colour television, telephones. Master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a long bath tub and
shower. A common bathroom with shower stall is shared by two other
rooms.
TYPE A
3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2
has 2 beds. Bedroom 3 has one queen-sized bed. A large kitchen opens
to the utility (maid's) room and a water closet bathroom. Living and
dining area is more rectangular.
TYPE B
3 bedrooms. Master bedroom with a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2
has 2 beds. Bedroom 3 has one queen-sized bed. A large kitchen opens
to the utility (maid's) room and a water closet bathroom. Living and
dining area is more L-shaped so that the dining area is at a corner
lot.
FACILITIES

Car parking.
Bus No. 51 goes to INSEAD.
High floors have excellent city and sea views. Fully furnished
3-bedroom, around 1280 sq. ft, king-sized, queen-sized and
single beds.
There are buses and taxis to the Clementi and Buona Vista subways.
Suits those who work near INSEAD, Science Park and National
University of Singapore, Singapore Polytechnic, Nanyang
Technological University, Japanese Secondary School or Kindergarten,
United World College or nearby Jurong.
Expats working in Tuas on short term contracts. The Ayer Rajah and
Pan Island Expressways are nearby and it will take around 20 minutes
to drive to the Changi airport.

administrative fee of $300 is payable in advance, in most cases.
