The Balmoral condos, Singapore. Large balcony off the master bedroom
The master bedroom of a maisonette with its characteristic spacious semi-circular balcony.

The older rectangular ceramic tiles in the balcony look dated when compared to the newer designs in newer condos.

The parquet wooden flooring is a common feature of the bedrooms of many new condos too.

The Balmoral has the storage and the space, but this condo will not suit Caucasian expatriates who dislike the aged conditions of condos over 5 years old as the bathrooms and the kitchen cabinets will show wear and tear when compared to the newer condos.

The Balmoral condos, Singapore. Large living areas

The marble flooring of the living area is new in this apartment. Some Caucasians complain that the living area is dark.

The condo has many tall leafy trees. Therefore, the lower apartments and maisonettes will be dark.

The main disappointment is that kitchen cabinets and bathrooms of unrenovated units are in a bad state due to aging.

The staircase going upstairs is on the right. The kitchen is on the left.
