  12. Big chandeliers appropriate in this condo and enhance attracts Caucasians. Such chandeliers take half a day to clean.
  13. Caucasian expat enclave with many children.

Disadvantages:

  1. Not new.  Some expats dislike the wear and tear of the original bathroom.  Renovated units rent above $10,000 if they have good views.
  2. Original condition apartments will have multi-coloured bath-tubs especially the bright yellow one in bedroom 4. Pinkish ones in master bedroom.
  3. Units ending in "xx-02" reported to have the best wind flow and therefore there is no need for air conditioning.  However, the living area faces the walls of the Lucky Towers Building and are difficult to rent for above $10,000.  The bedrooms at the higher floors have panoramic green tree and city views.

Interiors:
Much depends on renovation by the owners. 
The living/dining area may be marble flooring if renovated.
Bedrooms - parquet flooring. 

Investors to note:
Freehold.  An excellent investment. Caucasian enclave.

Case study for Singapore owners written in 2002:

"U"-shaped ceiling hooks for previous ceiling fan should be removed when you renovate your investment condo. When you rent a $10,000 condo, do not try to save money.

On a visit to a 4+1 3,400 sq. ft Ardmore Point Condo, the whole unit had been renovated with nice cream-coloured circular columns separating the family area from the living area. Cornices and down lights were installed. There are side lights from the entrance.

However, 3 "U-shaped" hooks hang from the ceiling. The Landlord or his managing agent should have used "false" spotlights to camouflage the hooks which were used for ceiling fans. Better to have removed the hooks. The explanation was that ceiling fans might be re-installed. Overall, it created a poor impression and unnecessary worries that the Landlord might be a "cheap-skate" type.

This impression is reinforced by the unrenovated powder room and the common bathroom as well as cheap plastic towel railings. It is really hard for the Managing Agent to attract the $10,000 type Tenant.
