Case study: Landlord: "Plastic" curtains.

When you rent a $10,000 condo, do not try to save money.

On a visit to a 4+1 3,400 sf Ardmore Point Condo, a one-layer "plastic" curtain was seen for all bedrooms. It is pink on side facing inwards and grey facing outwards. Pinkish curtains are not popular with Caucasians with plenty of choices of rental units nowadays. The Owner had no spacing for 2 layered curtains - the day and night curtains as he had installed those wooden boards or cornices such that only 1 layer of curtains could be installed. This could be an oversight. In any case, these "cheap" curtains contribute to a bad impression of poor quality and discourage closing as many other condos provide beautiful pastel-coloured curtains.
