right) are mixed developments with retail shops on the lower floors and are separated by
the Bencoolen Street which is a short 10-min walk to the Dhoby Ghaut subway at Orchard
Road. The handful of ground floor units with patios for
both condos have had been snapped up by Caucasian tenants. There is now a pedestrian
mall for shoppers. Both are less than 2 years old and have full condo facilities and
