Panoramic green trees, beach and sea views from the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom. Green trees and airplane flying upwards from living room. Fell in love with nature, sea, sun, ships and beach and the driving range.

Buses to Bedok subway in 15 minutes and to Shenton way in 45 minutes. Most Caucasian and Japanese expatriates book taxis to work and do not share cabs, according to the guard. Felt that the condo was too far from Raffles Place.

CONCLUSION.
Emerald Garden would be the ideal condo, as it is a 10-minute walk to her office in Raffles Place, saving travelling time and the hassles of getting a taxi during peak hours in the morning and evening. But the rent per sq. ft is much higher.
