Will it be difficult to live in a condo? The children will have lots of friends in condos. In the Heritage View condos, they may think they are living in a resort. There will be very few Caucasian children in Heritage View Condo though but this will not matter to an Asian Australian. The semi-detached at Greenleaf Drive with its spacious rooms, living and dining area and side garden was the top choice. However there will be fewer interaction with other children as residential estates have fewer children than condos, during playtime. There may not be a park in the neighbourhood. |
