Low rise, low density, lush landscaping. 5-minute walk to Tanglin Mall, a
Caucasian favoured mall and Orchard Road.
No problem finding tenants.
The main complaint is that the bathrooms and kitchen cabinets are dated.
Many Landlords have had remodelled the whole unit. As the condo is
popular, many owners have not had the time or inclination to completely
remodel the apartment.
In 2003, many expatriates prefer the brand new condos such as Claremont,
Aspen Heights, Kim Yam Heights, UE Square despite the proximity to the
busy road.
Somehow, the pinkish long bath tubs of Tanglin Park, worn out by the
years, do not appeal to many Caucasian expatriates compared to the white
ones of new condos. However, the great location and proximity to downtown
Orchard down and the Tanglin Mall over-ride coloured bath tubs
and occupany rate is above 90% most times.

the Tanglin Road. Very slight traffic noise can be heard but the
noise is shielded by the low rise block.
