The following info is from an owner of a 3-bedroom unit I interviewed on July 14, 2011. He has been living there for a few years as he has a retail shop downstairs.

A mixed development with commercial units on the first 6 floors and residential units from the 7th to 30th floor. Leasehold 99 years. Completed around 1969. Enbloc unlikely as there are too many owners with retail shops and none was attempted before. Lifts at every 5th floor. No HDB upgrading as this is a private property. Tenants are mostly in the night club business and some gambling dens.
