No sneezing after antibiotic injections for 3 days.  Both cats have excellent appetite.	Sneezing returns again. Same history for past months.

A kind couple adopted two stray cats, spayed them and boarded long-term in a commercial cattery at $100/cat/month.  They started sneezing non-stop for several weeks.

I could see the sneezed droplets of clear mucus with reddish tinge of blood all over the table. As if the cats had allergy to the surroundings. Blood would be from the nasal sinus.   

Cats have hair loss at the back area and do look older. However, they are around two years old and have been sterilised as shown by the clipped left ears. 

What's the cause of this problem?  Could it be a bacterial and fungal infection of the sinuses of the nose?  This would take time to investigate.
