area will be bigger if there is only one bathroom. The
kitchen can be either an open concept at the side of the
living and dining area or has a door. The Premier units
are larger in floor areas than the Deluxe units.

Microwave oven in studios and 2-bedroom units. The 3-bedroom
units have microwave ovens.

and is next to the pool. TV with cable vision. Business
centre and car parking.
Free use of the tennis courts, music-pool of the
upscale Orchard Parksuites recreational facilities can be
arranged.
No children's pool or sprawling grounds.
Regency
House is an upscale serviced apartment. The clientele is
mainly younger single professionals with no small children.
The Plaza Singapura supermarket with its
retail shops and cinemas, the Cathay cinemas and the Dhoby Ghaut subway is just a
4-min walk away.
Orchard Road's famous Centrepoint shopping mall and other
attractions are a 6-10 minute walk away, towards the Somerset
subway.
