Rates have decreased in 2009. Serviced Apartment rates are subject to change. The ones you see at this web page are guidelines and are outdated as rentals keep changing. This page is meant for busy expatriates or secretaries who are overseas or unable to make bookings.

As at August 2008, here is the list of some serviced apartment and rates. These serviced apartments have full facilities (swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, and barbecue pits). Housekeeping service 3 times a week (except public holidays). Some examples are as follows:

Cairnhill Towers    2- bedroom  S$3,200 weekly
Central Square (near Raffles Place)   1-bedroom    S$2,600 weekly. Around $9,000 monthly. 
Park Avenue Suites 1-bedroom  S$2,700 to 3,000 weekly
Central Place in Ang Mo Kio (suburban) 2-bedroom S$5,500 monthly, 3-bedroom S$7,000 monthly
Ginza Plaza 3-bedroom (nearer to INSEAD) S$6,800 monthly. Long term only.
As from March 2009, in general, there are NO more serviced apartments of high quality, renting below S$4,000 - $7,000 per month for a one bedroom.  Examples of rates are given below.
