2nd bedroom is too small for 2 single beds or may
have 2 single beds depending on floor plans.
No greenery views. More like a hotel in a city.
The following are differences:
between Central Square and
Riverside View. Central Square has:
1. No balcony
2. No river front views, just city views or a
building across the apartment.
3. No apartment washer cum dryer. You use a
communal launderette.
4. No long baths in certain floor plans. Only
shower stall.
5. No electric hob unlike Riverside View. Uses
cylinder gas for cooking.
6. Lower rental. Riverside View's studio
rent from $4,200 - $4,400 while the one-bedroom of
Central Square rents from $3,800.

expats/secretaries needing serviced apartments without
the hassle of booking themselves and doing paperwork.
They contact the operators of
Serviced apartments, get the best rate and book for
the expats.
They may bring expats to view the units of any
serviced apartments if expats are willing to pay a
service fee of S$200 - $300. Please try NOT
to abuse this service if you just wish to shop around
for the lowest rate and then book the apartments
yourself or with your own agent.
