The "-03" units are the best located units, no road facing and no blocked
views. There are 3 apartments per floor level.
Update as at May 2001.
The condos near the American Club are hot and owners have no problem
finding a Tenant as the economy has recovered and more expats have arrived
in Singapore. Renovated units get rented out fast despite the lack
of views in this built up area. The older barely renovated Claymore
4-bedroom of 3,300 sq. ft rents around $15,000.
The brand new 4+1 2900 sq. ft Ardmore Park available in
May/June 2001 rents from $13,000 - $20,000.
UPDATE IN 2011
Rentals of The Draycott 4-bedroom are competitively priced
at around $15,000.
The Draycott penthouse is available at $20,000 as at
March 9, 2011.
