Less than 2 years old, marble flooring. 3pm Hillcourt Blk 40 2nd floor 3+1 2100 sq ft $4,000.  6-min walk to Somerset subway & Centrepoint supermarket. All wooden flooring. The wife disliked the solitary thin facade of The Huntington condo although it will be within the budget and specifications of a 5-min walk to the Novena subway & Cold Storage supermarket. The Char Yong Gardens unit was the favourite although it was less than 1600 sq ft.  Landlords of older apartments like Char Yong Gardens did renovate the unit to a high standard to attract the expatriate tenants.
