Value for money.For the 4-bedroom units, there is the large entry foyer, a big spacious living area with balcony, 2 steps to the big dining area which can accommodate a table with 10 chairs 3 attached bathrooms for 3 bedrooms. The 4th has an attached bathroom which is shared with the guests as powder room. The master long bath is light orange in colour whereas modern condos now have snow white long baths. As many units have wear and tear and older multi-coloured bathrooms.. Disadvantages: It has multi-coloured bath tubs unlike the white ones in new condos. Units face River Valley Road may get some traffic noise. However, occupancy rate is high as rents are value for money and the condo is a 10-min walk to Orchard Road.  This cross-bred dog had bleeding skin all over the
head and body, as if he was involved in a car accident. Actually he had an intense
itch all over the body and was rubbing continually till the skin bled. He was almost
hairless.With anti-itch, antibiotics and sedatives, it took over 20 days to recover. The dog was isolated in a clean kennel. You can still see the big white healing area on top of his head. What caused this problem? Sometimes, it is not easy to tell. However, prompt veterinary treatment is required before the skin sloughs off in pieces and decomposing bacteria and fungi gain a foothold and kill the dog.
