A spiral staircase considered to be unsafe for his toddler, leads to very spacious bedrooms with parquet flooring. Only 6 units. Pool next to a "forest", from across a wooden bridge, gym, large entertainment deck. |

higher than market rental and >50% occupied by Caucasians. Balconies and lush
landscaping with water features. Agent was 45 minutes late, delaying all other
viewings. Agents must plan properly as this condo was nearly given a miss.

With toddlers, it is extremely difficult to find a new 4+1 child-proofed condo near downtown for $6,000 but there are some away from downtown. Spiral staircases, stairs and open balconies as in Aspen Heights and Palm Spring are concerns of the father of the toddlers. Kim Yam Heights have solid corriodor walls and no balconies and therefore deemed toddler safe. But Caucasians and love the balconies as apartments without balconies are considered claustrophobic. Some families simply put up a wire netting over the lower half of balcony grilles to prevent toddlers from slipping through or close the sliding doors, as in Pebble Bay. |
