Some worries about afternoon sun and noise from pub patrons for units
facing Mohammed Sultan Road.
Some worries about a lack of privacy. However, the windows are like
one-way mirrors. Outsiders cannot see the inside of the apartment during
day-time while those inside have clear views of the outside.
