When you rent a $10,000 condo, do
not try to save money during showing.
During a visit to a 4+1 3,800 sq.
ft Beverly Hills Condo, the kitchen was extremely hot due to the
fact that hot air from the air conditioning compressors outside the
window blew into the kitchen. The Asian Landlord may be used to
situation but it sure created a bad impression to one prospective
client.
Always switch on the
air-conditioning half an hour before open house. The coolness of the
house can be gauged by the prospective Tenant and this is an
important evaluation for many tenants.
