Advantages:
A 3-minute drive to the Rail Mall shopping area with Cold Storage as anchor tenant and other small food and beverage shops.

Lower rental than condos in Bukit Timah Road as this condo is located on the fringe of expat enclave.

Many Europeans as 3+1 rents around $3,000 and 2+1 rent around $2,000 fully furnished (in 1998). In August 2000, 3-bedroom rents less than $3,000. Rentals are much lower in 2005/2006. 

Condo has shuttle to the Bukit Batok subway. About a 20-minute drive to downtown Orchard Road.

Affordable for expats who want to live in condos between the American School in Woodlands and downtown where the spouse works.

Disadvantages:

Other than the pool view, most units do not have good views, being surrounded by newer condos.
