the one of the few short-term serviced accommodations in East
Singapore, a 3-minute drive to Suntec City. The monthly rates given below are
subject to changes and are published as a guideline for expatriates
enquiring from overseas. The rates exclude the 7% Goods & Service Tax
and are subject to changes.
Apartments are for
monthly rental, fully furnished
shower stalls
except 3-bedroom which has a long bath in the master
bedroom. Washer & dryer inside each apartment. Laundry
services are available. All apartments have king-sized
beds except for Studio A & B which have queen-sized beds
in the master bedroom.
Balconies are present in some
apartments. The minimum rental period is ONE MONTH.
Leases less than one month e.g. one week are NOT accepted.
No complimentary breakfast. Rentals below are subject to

Hi Sabrina,
To answer your questions.
a) Monthly rates range from $3700 to $4200 depending
on type. Availability is on a first come first serve
basis and Fortville is almost always fully tenanted
due to the price and location.
b) Internet and house keeping services are included.
Phone bills and utility bills are on a pay as much as
you use basis.
c) Rates are standard. Due to high demand, Fortville
does not give discounted rates but they do give
preference to long term tenancy.
d) Yes they have ironing space. Dry cleaning service
can be arranged, costs is in addition.
e) There would be no issue but the studio is rather
small and it is fully furnished so you might be better
off storing boxes elsewhere.
f) Viewing can be done anytime. However, the apartment
you view might not be the apartment you get.
Furnishings are similar so not much of an issue. As
mentioned, availability is highly dependent on the
tenants as all tenants are given an option to renew 2
weeks before the end of the lease.
g) Booking is secured when a booking fee is made and
security deposit is put down.
