If you have a tight budget, I would recommend you Sophia Serviced Apartments
at Sophia Road.
. Just a 20-minute-walk away from Orchard Road and Dhoby Ghuat
subway, major entertainment & shopping centres
. All apartments are comfortably furnished, providing air-con, fridge, telephone, microwave, toaster and kettle.
The kitchenette is small.
. Luxurious lobby and garden.
There are only 15 units of one-bedroom apartments at Sophia and it is difficult to secure a unit due to its budget rental and location. If you do not mind that there are
no condo facilities (no gym, pool, tennis court), Sophia Serviced Apartments may be suitable for you.
The smallest apartment at Sophia Serviced Apartment rents from $2,500 per month.
The rental is inclusive of all utilities, housekeeping, SCV cable television, fully air-conditioned
room. Launderette (there are machines and dryers for your use)
is for communal use.
Note that there are no individual washer and dryers in the
bedrooms.
If you are interested to make a reservation, we will require you to place an initial deposit of SGD$500 in order to secure the reservation.

manager as to whether you are permitted to use

NOT to abuse this service if you just wish to shop around and book
