As per our earlier tele-conversation, a 2 bedroom unit
at either Dover ParkView or Heritage View will be
monthly rate of S$5,300 nett inclusive of GST. This
rate will includes 2 times a week cleaning service,
wireless internet, basic tier cable tv, telephone and
gas subscription. You will have to pay full utility
as you used.
Fully
furnished unit with kitchen, washer and dryer. There
is a queen and a single bed. Full condo facilities.
Upon
confirmation, a contract will be prepared for your
signatory and you will have to pay via bank transfer
directly to the landlord's account - 1 month advance
rental and 1 month rental as security deposit.
Since the checking in is tomorrow, the landlord is
agreeable to allow checking in, provided the contract
is signed today. You will have to provide the
landlord a copy of the bank transfer advice at the
same time today. The amount to be transfer is
$9,600. The occupants will have to pay cash of
S$1,000 upon checking-in while waiting for the
remittance as it will takes 3 working days. Please

Usually there is a queen and
2 single beds for a 3 bedroom unit. There are different
layout for 3 bedroom units in Heritage View. If the
layout for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom is big, we are able
to request for
queen size
bed for both the bedrooms. There will be a
charge of $350 a month for each bed.
RENTAL UPDATE IN MAY 2010
The monthly rate for a 2 bedroom either at
Dover ParkView or Heritage View will be
S$4,700 nett inclusive of GST and including 2
times a week cleaning service, wireless internet,
basic tier cable tv, gas and telephone subscription.
You will have to pay full
utility bill as used. 30 days is
calculated as a 1 month lease. Any extra day
will be daily rate of S$190 including all of
the above service. There is a Queen and a single bed
in a 2 bedroom unit. Full condo facilities.

to
Buona Vista MRT

Village which is popular with the expats.
There is a supermarket, shops, restaurants, pubs,

queen and a single bed, monthly rate based on 30 days
calculation will be S$5,300 nett inclusive of
GST. Any extra days of extension less than a month
will be daily rate of S$280 nett inclusive of GST.

Upon booking, your company will have to pay the 1
