Conditions of lease:

The rent includes daily maid services, continental breakfast from Mondays to
Fridays, except public holidays and utilities (water and

Security Deposit & Advanced Rental:
*1-week to 1-month lease: Equivalent rent amount &

Cancellation of booking: There is a forfeiture
